This cohort is specifically designed to equip, develop and build an informal network of leaders currently serving in the role of director or pastor of students and families at their church. Goals include helping the leader implement a strategy for ministry that is driven by what they want to develop in the student beyond student ministry, and building a lasting personal network of fellow student ministers for support, encouragement, and continued collaboration.
What does the cohort include?
- Six monthly Zoom calls with group (like Skype sessions)
- Guided Readings
- A group meet-up at the Sojourn Network Leaders' Summit (October 23-25th, Louisville)
