XP Comprehensive Coaching Cohort

This cohort is specifically designed to equip, develop and build an informal network of leaders currently serving in the role of executive pastor or pastor of operations (administration) at their church.
The desired outcomes of this cohort are:
Building a robust Strategic Framework for each local church,
developing an integrated and comprehensive 3-year financial strategy directly linked to the Strategic Framework,
enhancing skills & competencies in Finance, HR, Facilities, Legal, Technology, and management /leadership,
consulting on church specific plans to address gaps and pain points in a variety of areas; and
promoting a lasting personal network of fellow pastors for support, encouragement, and consultation.
