Most church leaders long to bring a transformed and transforming presence to their leadership contexts. However, very few of us possess the vision, experience, skills, or tools to catalyze a transformational leadership culture in the messiness of a real church leadership team. Join a group of 8-10 ministry leaders as we explore a framework for integrating body, mind, and soul into our everyday leadership practices.
What is included?
This cohort includes an initial retreat in Louisville (meals & lodging for two nights provided), a 360 degree leadership assessment (Flippen profile), four 75 minute group Zoom calls, a 1:1 coaching call to create a written personal development plan, a copy of the book The Emotionally Healthy Leader by Pete Scazzero, and a team of seasoned male and female facilitators.

I serve as the founding and lead pastor for Soma Church, a family of 3 neighborhood churches spread across Indianapolis. The gracious and gifted men and women that I collaborate with here are my primary teachers for learning to be a more soulful leader. Prior to church planting, I earned my Ph.D in Leadership from Southern Seminary and served on staff at several megachurches in Kentucky and Florida. I've contributed to two books, Perspectives on Family Ministry and Faithful Endurance, which is forthcoming from Crossway.
