Is Sojourn Network a Good Fit?

Alignment. While the word is used infrequently, the concept surrounds us. Cars need alignment to drive straight and teeth need alignment to chew food efficiently. Other forms of alignment, however, are more complex. Businesses and organizations need alignment to ensure that resources and staff are all working in harmony. Teams need alignment so each player understands their role and how to reach a collective goal. In each of these examples, true alignment can only happen when all the diverse components work in unity together towards the same end. But when that kind of alignment happens — when diversity is coupled with unity — something beautiful becomes possible. Not inevitable, but possible.

Church planting networks are no different. Something beautiful is possible when unity is defined. This paper has been written with that end in view.
